1. throw out the weighing scale

2. stop comparing yourself w/ others

3. say fuck you to all the media pressure

4. stop judging / commenting other people’s bodies

5. stop putting yourself down

6. change your attitude to people’s comments

7. realize how powerful / wonderful your body already is

8. embrace all shapes, curves, scars, stretch marks, birthmarks, freckles, what-have-you
